I am being charged each month as well as a lump 3 month amount (every third month). Started when I switched
plans in June ($38.42 & $98.31 off my cr. card) and again Sept ($38.42 & $101.70 off my cr. card), as well as $38.42 in both July and August. I am being charged twice for one plan. How does this get corrected?

how you put a temporary hold on your card? To suspend your service on next renewal, you should have login to My Account -> Payment -> Manage Subscription and toggle off Subscribed there. I don't think you did it properly
now you want to port the line out. You need an active account to do so. So, if your account is suspended now, login, change to the lowest 30 days plan and pay to resume the service. After the line is active, then go to the new carrier and request porting.

My wife had used my credit card 3 months ago(on her 90 day plan) when her card was on hold, (she now claims she told me), anyway she fixed her card problem but forgot to put her card back on to her P M acct. Three months later my card was charged (90 plan)again. This time I noticed and complained to P M., she admitted using my card and immediately went into her P M acct and put her new card in and another 90 fee was taken from her Cr card. I was not fully aware of what was going on so I put a temporary hold on my cr. card. That happened to be right at the time P M attempted to make a charge on my 30 day plan and my phone went on hold but P B still holds my #xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx as active. I want to change carriers. Mornington Communications my new fibre optics provider cannot port my number over until you P M releases it. They already have two 90 payments (on my wife's phone) running at the same time. I want my phone # of 20 years, but I will not make a 30 nonrefundable 30 payment for P M to release my number. Please release #xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
