2gb bonus and refund

Hi I had a 2gb bonus but it hasn't been applied for the last 2 months. I purchased 3gb add on and would like a refund for the 2gb I paid for. As well as applying my 2gb bonus for 12 month. Thank you

Bonus is not refundable. You cannot get something for free and then ask money for it.

If it was a bonus, I can see them giving you the data if it is found you didn't get it.  I don't see them issuing a refund for something that was a bonus.  Especially when this is a prepaid service with no refunds.

@Ctoca17 , if you have been short changed on the data bonus, please use the chatbot link at the bottom of the webpage to initiate a support ticket.  The CSAs will fix it.
