I purchased my 35$ plan Oct 22/2021 . I went to register for the bonus data today the 28th and it gives me a message that I don’t qualify for the plan.

Your 2gb of bonus reoccurring plan data should appear on the right side of your overview page under "My promotions" and should look similar to this:

 @5050 : Edit: Walmart liars strike again. And when did you activate? Was it during the time of the promo? Although that has been rather wishy washy for a while.

As above for the exception against the rules of the promo. Apparently they seem to.

Edit: Wait...if the clerk put in the promo code during activation then you should be able to get the 6 month promo. That should appear inside of Edit: 2 business 30 days if not less. It will be in a Promotions box on the right side of the overview page.

I was told by the sales agent at Walmart that I had been approved for 2GBBONUS on my 35$ plan .it doesn’t show anywhere in my account and know one will tell me whether I have it on . Very frustrating !!

after 3 day not getting you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent, and Explain your issue to they can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.
