Hi,
Signed my Mom up for the 35$ a month plan. Realized that just after we activated her plan that we didn't put the promo "2GBBONUS" code in. Just wondering if it's still possible to receive this promo.

@Sir_Galahad - yes, it is possible, as long as you activated as per the terms and conditions of the promo.
Is it this promotion?
Submit a ticket with Customer Support (CSA) through an account you can prove is your Mother's, then ask the CSA's nicely.
