2GB from December never applied?

Hi - I responded to a text to gift me 2BG for free back in December but it has never been applied and no one is getting back to me about it in the inbox. Thanks.

Then it would seem to me that you've used the data. They both came together.

When an add-on is used up then it simply disappears off the list. The new system last year initially showed all expired and finished add-ons and I thought that was useful. Apparently others thought it was too much clutter. I'd take clutter over lack of information any day.

I see the 500 minute long distance add-on but no 2GB add on?

What's to say you haven't used it all? Did you get the text from 4911? Did you reply with yes2 to it? Did you get a confirmation response? Do you see one (or more depending on how long you've been here) 500 minute long distance add-ons in your list of add-ons after doing the above click?
