Yes. I submit the ticket, they gave the 2GB. They emailed the promo code before I got the SIM card.I believe they have to give me the 2GB.

@Bol did you submit a ticket with PM and did they apply it back for you?
I checked with them and apparently they said they have the 2GB data for free on plan $25/cycle+ with promo code 12MONTH2GB

@softech official announcements in the community are not always created with these promos. Especially 'limited' timed ones, I believe. They can go away in a blink of an eye. 👁
As for both those links, they look identical for where they lead too; but for that data you're providing, don't know why they would be different.
I just took out all the garbage after limited time, that could have changed some things in the source data.

It doesn't say the email submission is required. It says if you want it via email. Nor does it say to sign up using the same address.

Are you referring to the PM 2gb for 12 months promo on Facebook?
You are required to enter your email address to the FB link and when you activate the SIM, you must use the same email address.
Best that you contact a CS_Agent by creating a ticket through SIMon Chatbot or private message them on this Community page. Explain to them that you missed entering the email address. They are very accommodating.

@Bol the 12MONTH2GB is an old promotion and long expired.
There is not any bonus data promotion at the moment
