If I am in the 90 suspension phase, will I still receive the text with the 2FA code to sign into my account so I can add money?

@smp99 You'll get the option to receive 2FA via email instead.

If you are suspended for 90 days or more then your account, number and service will be closed. So No the 2FA will not work since you will not able to login to your account.

I'm not sure about getting an SMS but you can verify 2FA by email.
