Hello, Any chance I can switch to this plan please?

I don’t want to port out to Freedom, and decide if I should come back as new customer?

What plan do you have right now? The $29 20GB plan is pretty decent. However, the new exciting offer of $34 50GB Canada/US plan, that is an amazing plan to ask for. CS Agents will only UPGRADE not downgrade. That is what a CS Agent informed me about.
