$29 deal 20GB data Canada, US and Mexico+Unlimited Canada, US, Mexico minutes

Can someone please tell me that this $29 deal will allow me to: 

1. Get data up to 20GB while I'm travelling in the US or Mexico even if I'm showing as "roaming'?

2. That I can make unlimited calls to Canadian numbers while I'm travelling in the US or Mexico as well?

The sales people at Walmart mobile departments are not involved in any way with Public Mobile.   They do not sell Public Mobile services and are there for the sole purpose of selling mobile services from other brands.

That's great! Thank you for confirming my understanding:) 

I was getting confused because:

A worker at Walmart said the data is only going to probably work in Canada ONLY and you still have to pay extra when you're in those countries( which I was doubtful about) AND that the calling will only work for calls made FROM Canada to US/Mexico NOT while you're there travelling so I wanted to double check that all these claims were incorrect.

PM is a prepaid service so there are no extra roaming charges. The Canada/USA/Mexico plan will work at all 3 countries…calling, texting and data!

You will need roaming enable so you can connect to the cell towers in that country.

Great deal if you are travelling to all 3 countries.
