Hello support team,
I would like to know if there is any chance that you could do a courtesy request for me and switch me to the Boxing Day deal plan for the $29 5G 10GB Can-US-Mex plan.
As you can see in the records, I have been a very local customer over the years, and I hope to keep it this way. Thank you kindly in advance and happy holidays.
Steven

I think it’s randomly offered to some customers but not others. I will be filing complaint.

hi @MuskokaGuy
moving number between the same carrier is not a port. Port has to be moved to another carrier
so, you can port your number to another carrier and port back into PM, but you cannot move number between 2 PM accounts. Many asked this question all the time and we have confirmation that numbers cannot be swapped between accounts

hi @MuskokaGuy
you can port your number to another carrier and port back into PM
but you cannot simply move your number from exiting account to your new PM account

hi @MuskokaGuy
so, you already cancelled and re-enroll? Only problem is you have to be willing to give up your number as you wont be able to move the existing number from old to new account.

i would like to change to that plan also as I don't use very much data, but I want to use my phone in mexico and Usa for about 30 days per year. I cancel my account at $35/ month and re-enroll at $29 /month. I;ll save 6/month over 10 years = $720 - not a insignficant amount. C'mon PM, extend us the benefit or I cancel and go through the whole process of re-siginng up.
