Hello, from Public Mobile, I received a msg:
"Public Mobile here, delivering on our promise. We've successfully added the 240GB of bonus data to your account as a thank you for your continued loyalty. This bonus data will expire in 150 days. Enjoy the extra data and thank you for choosing Public Mobile."
However, I don't see the bonus data being added to my account. I know that this is not a spam since I've received Public Mobile related msgs from the same number (611). Can you please check? Thanks!

If you downgraded to a lower priced plan since receiving that text, the Bonus data will have been removed.

@joong9292 Did you happen to change your plan in the last few weeks ? If so downgrading plan will result in losing the data add on bonus unfortunately

@joong9292 while PM said they will add to all accounts by end of March, most already seen the bonus on the accounts now. I suggest you to open a ticket with PM support and confirm :
