This deal has ended yesterday,It was valid from 30th March-31st March 2019.

Keep an eye for new deals,pr probab you will find in the last week of April.

no one knows when this deal will come back.  If you are saving money vs your current plan then I would just port over as the money you spend waiting for the deal will probably equal or breater what you might get ($25) by waiting for the deal.
