I can’t change back to 25 dollar plan although it exists until I sign in

Why is support being suggested? You can do this yourself.
On a non-mobile browser and the app have you selected the All button next to 5G speed and 4G speed? Then scroll down. If you select 5G you'll see only 5G plans. Same with 4G. Select All.

@Alg - if an incognito or private mode tab did not work, can you try a different device to see the $25 plan?
What are you seeing? Is your account active or suspended or on hold...anything else to report?

login My Account using browser , using Incognito/Private/Secret mode and try again
Please use Change on Renewal option to schedule the change unless you want to change it now, then use Change Now
if still unable to change back to $25 still , submit a ticket with CS agent here for help:
