Hi,
I just purchased the 200MB add-on for $10 (and completed the two-step process of adding funds, and then purchasing the add-on), however my mobile phone is still re-directing any wepage to http://publicmobile.ca/en/on/zero-balance. That page itself isn't even loading. Do I need to do anything else in order to activate the added 200MB?

I actually just read previous posts, and turns out that power-cycling my phone activated the add-on; that extra step should be noted when purchasing the extra data to same people time. Thanks!

Did you reeceive any texts saying the add-on had been added?
If you compelted the two step process and its still not working, then you should probably reach out to a moderator for help.
