You should have the option to resend the code to your email. Click Didn't receive code and send it again to your email.
If that is still not working, message customer service for help.

you can ask the code to send to your email or voicemail
click Didn't receive code and the Resend code and choose Send email or voicemail. If you choose to send voiemail, just get it by using another phone to call yourself and click * when you hear the greeting and then enter voicemail pin
if still cannot get the code, ask PM support agent to help.
