 you can ask the code to send to email instead
On the screen it is expecting you to enter the code, click Didn't get the code? or  Resend code and then choose Send email

If that does not work, please open ticket by private message CS Agent at:

When logging in, using the didn't get code/resend code button reveals an option to send the code to e-mail.
