I opened an account on August 5 when there was a 2gb monthly promotion on and still haven't received my free gb. How do I go about getting them?

The 2gb should be added into your Self Serve account. Just login and check under My Data & Add-Ons.

To get the free bonus 2gb, you must have all the following requirements:

 

1 - Register your email address on the bonus 2gb promo page

2 - Pick a $35 or higher PM plan

3 - Activate your PM SIM using the same email address you register on the promo page

 

If all 3 requirements are met, you will need to contact a PM CSAgent but clicking on the SIMon chat button and type in create a ticket. They will look into your concern.

Just to clarify, do you have the link with promotion details (you can find it under Announcements too).  Often, it requires a promotional code entered while activating on Public Mobile's website.  Can you double check the fine print and ensure that all details were met?  When you say "opened an account" - you're referring to a new activation, correct?

 

Otherwise, reaching out to a CS Agent (staff) isn't a bad idea since we're all users like you helping each other out.  The SIMon chatbot is the best option to open a ticket (chat bubble, lower-right corner).  You can message them directly here, but they'll still need to authenticate you separately.

 

If you have more details for us, we may have some other ideas or pointers.  🙂

Did you use the promo code and activate on a plan $35 or higher?

 

If yes, contact a CSA to see if they will add the promo to your account.
