1GB Data is missing from my plan

Hi there,

 

I'm paying the 35$ plan, it should have 2GB data + 500MB data per month... however, when I check up my plan details today, I'm only seeing LNY 1GB + 500MB data.... 

 

Do you know what's going on? 

 

Also, when I tried to change the plan, it seems the plan page is broken...

@lisa411854746 could it be you are on the old $35 plan plus the Lunar New Year promo.  That was the one where you get 1GB extra per month (for 8 months) as well as 500 minutes to China, Hong Kong and Macao.  It's possible you have used plan data for this cycle (hence why it doesn't show in your self serve account), and now consuming your LNY promo data.

 

In any case, once your promo is over, you should change to the updated $35 plan that gives you 2.5GB + 500MB (Autopay bonus).  Just remember to change on next renewal, not immediately.

@lisa411854746...log in and confirm your plan details...there are no plans currently with 1GB + 500mbs of data.

What were you charged when you activated your SIM card?

It should be the full amount of the plan plus taxes.

 

Can you check your payment history on your Self Serve account as well to see the charges? fyi, this will not reflect the taxes though.
