15GB $40 promo available to existing accounts?

I don't see a way to switch to the lunar new year promo - looking into it, I suspect it's only available to new accounts. Is this the case?

If so, that's.... Disappointing. One of the reasons I joined PM years ago was because of this kind of flexibility.

Has anyone been able to switch to it?

Login to My Account using Incognito mode, go to Plan & addon page, click Change My Plan, then scroll using the yellow arrows on the far left (or at the bottom if using phone), it is there 

Add; Make sure you schedule a plan change using "Change plan on renewal date" option to avoid losing money.
