I can't log in to my account or reset my password - nothing came through. going to the "submit a ticket" page says I can't log in to the community (yet here I am). Can someone help?

I changed from the $15 to $35 plan, and added funds, but now I just got an email stating: Hey, we’ve noticed you’re no longer with Public & we’d love to have you back. .... I also noticed the self service portal is not loading. What's going on?
