Hi @James8  sure you can.  Do you already have an account with Public Mobile?  if you do, as already mentioned above, just log in to your self serve account here's the link https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/

click "Change Plans" in the My Plan section

choose to change plan immediately or at next renewal

be sure you have enough funds in your account to cover the chamge

Yes. Once you schedule it to change on your next renewal you can still cancel or choose a different plan at any time before your next renewal. Consider adding funds before renewal as autopay occasionally fails on plan changes. Have a balance of $20 just in case you need to purchase the $5/500min calling add on if you run out of outgoing minutes. The add on will remain on your account rolling over each month til completely used.

just remember that the $15 plan has only 250MB of data to use and only 100 minutes of Canada wide calling every 30 days. You can get a 500 minute calling add-on for $5. Any unused add-on minutes will just keep rolling over until you use them up...even if it takes several month or longer to do so.

@James8 yes in your self serve you change at next renewal or now if you wish

Log into your account and click change plan.

Click change plan then pick a new plan.

You have two options.

1= Change now - (It will say top up now if you don't have funds to cover new plan).

Not advised to pick this one.You are charged right away for new plan and no refund on unused days from old plan. 

2= Change at next renewal. The choice most want to pick. Your new plan you pick will be scheduled to start at your next payment due date and you will be charged then for the plan
