12gb 90 day plan never posted onto account in October only was givin 6gb?

Please help as I can not find option anymore I guess it was removed. What gives?

@Templewood, I joined in November and have had 1 renewal and my next is in 3 weeks.  You never noticed this on your last renewal or has it switched.  What credits is it that you have that haven't been applied?

@Samianauman, not sure if you are aware of this, but a private message to any moderator is all that is needed.  Every moderator sees the same list of private messages, whether it is sent to them or a different moderator.  It is a bit confusing that way, but they do need invididualzied identifies when they are responding in this forum. 

As other said best person to talk to are mod dept since they have a access to your account to send a message over to one of the moderators, including your account info and details and they can help you out.

To reconfirm, you are saying that you requested change of plan to the promo plan in October, but you were never put on that plan?  

 

Send a private message to @MarieHelene_L with your public mobile phone number so she can take a look and help resolve this issue.

I would like to renew my account but it still shows the 6gb so I would like to have this addressed and account fixed before I pay another 3 months. Also my credits were never applied which I requested. Thank you for your help in this matter.
