12 days for porting my numbers

Please let me know how long is it take to port numbers. I sent email with my SIM card number, account number and phone number 12 days ago. It says take 48 hours to reply me. It is been 12 days and I still keeping my rogers account for 85 dollars a month.if I know it will take so long, I am ok with having a new number. Please let me know how many days more I should to wait. If it is too long, at least I can cancel my rogers account and get a new number.

also: did you email or send a moderator a private message? email is not the best way to get answers or action... you would have to send a moderator a private message.... recently i even had faster response by using twitter....
