Recurring problem that has been unresolved since November 17th

Hello,
I am writing this post in the hopes that I will better reach the mods because PMs are not helping.
I had received a response from one Mod that said my problem should probably be fixed and that I should reboot my phone. It was not and I have been able to make calls in my home province since DAY 1. And I still can't. To this day. I have a 2 month old baby girl and it is extremely hard to make appointments and the such when I can't make calls!!!
I don't understand why I should pay for this service when I don't even get what I paid for. I am a reasonable person and I waited for a fair amount of time. I would like to see something done about my lack of service and also what I've paid for an incomplete service as well.
Please help me!!!

I was able to dig into your account and locate the root of the issue. Rest assured that your services are now fully functional, all you have to do is power cycle your phone 🙂

@JMayne My emergency backup is the app from fongo.com, on my phone and iPod. It provides free calling across Canada from wherever you are connected to wifi, or cellular data if that's working. Incoming SMS is also free.

 

Means another temporary number but can easily be given to your top 5 - 10 contacts.

 

No much else you can do.

They are working on Nov 14th problems I think.

messege the facebook page of PM they got back to me before the mods even got to me.
although it took them a week to reply to me, at least my account has been fixed. I also had no calls incoming and outgoing and they said its a common issue.
