Can you change from a $10 plan to a $30 plan after you have pre-paid the $10 'in-store'?

Yes you can change it as others have noted but you'll forfiet whatever you have left of your $10 plan. But if you're interested in changing it to the $30, why not instead go for 500 + 500 mb bonus with autopay enabled available in the build your own plan option. You would get the same features with a $5/month savings. You can also future date this option but best to act soon as it may be taken down without warning.

@Eurydice - If you JUST signed up, and picked the wrong plan in-store, the moderators *might* be willing to correct that for you. Send them a private message, and ask if they can change it for you (without you having to loose your current plan/amount). Worst case, they say sorry, we cannot.

You can log on "My Account" webpage to make the change, either change it now, which you will lose $10 and pay another $30 (since it's a prepaid plan) or you can select have it changed automatically on your next renewal (due) date, which you keep the current $10 plan till next month.

Yes but if you set change to happen now, you lose the $10 you paid. When doing the change, set plan to be effective at next renewal to avoid losing $10.
