Hey all,
Posting this question for my dad who has been using the $10 plan for a couple months now. We noticed that the lowest cost option is now $15, which has more minutes and texting than he needs. Was wondering if he will still continue to be charged the $10 plan until he decides to cancel or change the plan?
We had some difficulties with his phone this month as it looks like it got cancelled, but we're not sure if this was due to credit card issues or PM plan changes.

If you can't figure out why it's not billing/working correctly and you don't want to risk losing the $10 plan, contact the moderators.

You keep the plan until you change it or cancel your service.
As for missed payment you have 90 days to reactivate and keep the same plan.
