10 dollar credit and 2 dollars off a month for auto-pay, when will I see it on my bill :)

Pretty excited! Was with Rogers for 30 years and don't ever want to look back. 

Just wondering when I will see the referral credit of 10 bucks and my 2 off for auto pay?

I left WOW Mobile who hooked me up but the first month was 25.00 plus taxes.

@Rob1963  Welcome to public mobile. If you log in to your account and click on payment history it will show you if it's been applied yet. I activated a friends account today and within an hour the $10 refer a friend credit and the autopay reward were already in the account and my $1 reward was in my account. As it was a late activation the text messages associated with them will be sent out at approximately 9am pt. If you activated during the flash sale your one month credit will be applied within 7 days.

Your first payment is full plan cost + tax.

The $10 for referral and first $2 for auto pay will be credited to your available funds within 72 hours and will be applied towards your next renewal (or can be used to buy an add-on before that)

So, on the night of the next renewal, any rewards, including auto pay for the upcoming period, will be converted to available funds, which will be applied towards the plan cost first, then the system charges the remaining amount plus tax to the credit card on file.

Usually the referral credit appears within 72 hours.  The $2 autopay discount will appear in your account usually within a day or two, but you will only be able to use it for next month's cycle.  There will will $4 (this month and next month's autopay credit) available for your next billing period plus the referral, of course.
