The $10 credit will take 72 hours to be added into her account and will be credit on her next month bill.

You should have gotten a text from PM stating “Cha-ching! You just added to your Refer a Friend Reward-way to go! Keep referring to earn more. View your Reward” and your $1/1 point will be added into your account in a day or two.
