$10 Referral Not Showing in MyRewards

Hi,

I have recently joined Public and have used one of my friend's referral code. But $10 bonus is not showing in my rewards section ?

I didn't receive the $10 credit after the required 72 hours and I contacted the Moderator team and they were able to fix it quickly.

$10 will be deducted from your 2nd month's bill. As well as $2 if you are on autopay. With an additional $2 from your 1st month's bill if you signed up for autopay.

As others have mentioned, it will take up to 72 hours. If you haven't used that $10 balance for anything when the next renewal comes around, that $10 will reduce the amount that needs to be paid for your plan.

The $10 credit isn't considered a reward by Public Mobile, and as such, will not appear in the rewards section. It will be desposited directly into your account balance.

It takes up to 72 hours for the reward credit to show up.
