Someone referred me to public mobile and I used his referral code during activation but I am yet to receive the $10 credit neither as he. It is almost 30 days since I activated my number. How do I get the credit?

UPDATE: I sent in a ticket as was suggested and it has been resolved. It was resolved within 24hrs. Thanks guys for your recommendations.

@JemZee the system is pretty good after 72 hours. I am a little surprised that it didn't show up in your account. If you haven't do submit a ticket in...granted it is the holidays, so you may not get much support until the new year. For some companies, they do a mandatory lock-down, I know my wife's company and my old company used to do that! Even though I would rather work on those days as it's super quiet, and my days off on another day!
But, 30 days is alot...granted, it may have been already applied, and when you did autopay, it might even used the $10 credit for a payment already...hence why you may not see it on your account anymore.
Do look at the Payment history though to confirm.
Also, in the overall payment, if you see that 'Refer-a-Friend' is at -$1.00 ... then you know it likely got applied, and the $10 likely was used up.

I'm having a similar issue, but I am just 24 hours in to my account creation.

The person who referred you doesn't actually get $10.

You can reach out to customer service and they can look into re-adding the referral code to your account if it didn't go through properly. Here is the link to write to them:

before you reach out to customer support, have you logged into your self-serve account to see if the $10 credit is showing in your available funds?
That’s where it will show and it will apply against your first renewal, reducing it by $10

@JemZee You should have seen it with in 72 hours after activation , 30 days to long please submit ticket with support to ensure it was applied correctly
