10% Points Back.

I recently Activated a new Account on the $50 • 40GB Canada-US Plan, and I only got 2.5 Points back so far.. I thought you get 10% back of what you spend on your Bill in Points? So for every $10 I spend I should get 1 Point, is this not applicable anymore?

I should be getting 5 Points for every Bill I pay, correct??

Question? Did you used to get 10% points back and no longer have that because you activated a new account? Or because you changed your plan with your existing account? I have the 10% back now and I’m considering changing plans. Thanks

the regular points back is ALWAYS 5%.

There have been some promotion for 3x points for new activation for a year, ie, regular 5% + extra 10 %.  But the promotion is done at this point.

So, all new activation will be 5% only
