10-Day Add On Doesn't Work on 10th Day

I purchased a 10 day US Talk Add On and 10 Day 1 GB US Data Add on on January 29th. On February 7th (the 10th day) neither service worked, there was no more tracking of my data usage on my account page, but on the add ons page it still said both services were active. I'm also not able to add another 10 days of the same add ons. Does this happen to anyone else? Can we get a fix for this?

It would be worthwhile to follow up with the moderator team.  Metered add ons like data will disappear when the allotment is used up regardless whether the time duration has been reached or not.  For talk which is time limited only, it should be working right down to the last minute.

Also, the addon stays for 10 days time, no matter when the data allowance was fully consumbed.

I would contact the Moderator Team and explain your situation.  There may have been a glitch which ended your add-on early.

If your data usage was no longer showing, I assue it works the same way as regular data, it disapears from your account when all has been used.

I have not added a US dta roaming addon, so I do not know if this is truthful.  But yes, you were on Day 10.

What you've said is what I think should happen as well but it isn't happening for me.

if you did buy on Jan 29, before midnight EST, then service should have stopped at 11:59pm Feb 7 (ok midnight, but I want to be clear on what midnight)

Did you move from one area to another - ie move from ATT to T-Mobile, it may have dropped and required a manual reconnect

Regardless, it is Feb 8 now, you should be able to buy. I not sure, but I don't think you can buy another US addon until the 1st one is finished.

Here's a screenshot showing that it still thinks I have the add ons and I can't readd them despite them being actually expired now and unusable since Feb 7th. I had to add the US 250 MB + talk + text bundle instead.
