Could someone from the @Moderator_Team please contact me as my auto payment was missed but I cannot make the payment or reset the auto payment as it shows no balance to cover. I have verified the credit card has room and is working I just don't want to have my account cancelled and lose my plan.

Once a moderator gets in touch with you via private message, they will ask for your account details so have those prepared. They will be able to walk you through the process and hopefully restore your account to its previous state.

@Runnerkari, You will need to send a private message to the moderators team in order to get the issue resolved. They do not always monitor the posts directly.
