I signed up for public mobile account back in 2019 with $15 monthly plan with 1GB promotional free data add-on, and this month I found my 1GB free add-on data missing…

Those sign-up bonuses are usually ONE TIME add-ons. The bonus data is not used until all of the data in your regular 30day plan has been consumed. Then anything left-over from the add-on bucket remains available and unused until the next cycles data is used up.
If you no longer see your 1GB free add on visible in your self-serve portal, it just means that after all the years since 2019, you finally used up that 1GB of data over what your regular 30-day plan has offered.

Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

@janniliu - was the 1GB promo date addon to be added on fresh each renewal going forward for as long as you are a customer?
If so, click the circle arrow thingy below to see updated/latest info. on your My Account?
OR, was this a promotional addon that had an expiry date?
