Seems like I'm having the same issues as a number of other users.

Though my transfer was in from Fido who confirmed that my number was transfered out. I had PM'ed one of mods ten days ago about a diffrent matter but frankly I'm not very keen on waiting 12 or so days with no service 😞

According to latest support update, you can expect a 12-day wait to first response. At this point, you should escalate to Telus for any unauthorized porting of your number.

Could still use some help with this. Are there other mods I could tag besides the three I found and tagged on the original post?

Proably as a set of 'incomplete application' signups for remarketing purposes. Same way abandoned shopping carts work maybe.
Isn't much for it, I'd like to use PM, I hoped I'd be able to just go through the signup proccess but of course you can't port your number over once it's already been ported over haha.

There probably is an account number but you do not have access to it
They recorded your info (name/address/credit etc) somewhere

@to_munda there is a reversal process but with huge backlog I doubt it's even possible at Public right now
Best way is get old carrier to port number back

To my understanding, once a port has been completed, it can't be cancelled !

Hi there i am having the same problem there are two things you can do. either you have to wait or you can talk to your previous provider if they can cancel the transfer.
