I just tried to send a private message, but it said I have reached my limit for private messages and can't send....this is outrageous considering that: 1) I haven't sent a private messages since July; 2) The Public Mobile (customer) service relies on online services. Simply outrageous.

Hi @pschnurr,
You can also try logging out and back into the community, that should also help if opening the browser again does not work.

This is a software bug. I have had it happen to me a couple of times. The issue usually resolves itself. I just close my browser and relaunch it.
