I have recently set up an account for a family member and now I cannot log into it.  Tried forget password option and system says it cannot verify the email address.  It seems as though I am stuck.  Help anyone?

after you activate your phone, did u set up your email from the self serve account? u should done this step first. if you already did, then send private message to mod.

it sounds like you did email address wrong i guess you need to contact moderator privately

It looks like you entered wrong email address. Try enter the another email address if you have.
