Provided you have 100% discount, $89 + tax is fine for Ontario.

Update your payment method to your Neo credit card details and pay.

To get the 40$ max available, you need to spend 100$ i.e 89$ (+ 11.57$ tax) = 100.57$
In summary, you need to pay 89$ to get the 40$

You will receive the 40$ bonus in your Neo account

In your case, you have a card already. So you MAY be eligible for only 40% instead of 100%. 

Try this, redeem the reward on PM app, you'll get an email, continue from there to your Neo account.

On your NEO app, click rewards, then find Public Mobile, you should either see 100% or 40% (most likely).

Hi, I just saw this promotion now in my tab as well. I’ve already set up my account with Public Mobile and I have an existing  neo credit card.

So if I read this correctly to apply the promotion, I have to

1: go redeem it first  in rewards tab

2:then I can add my neo credit card as a payment option to pay for $100 worth of credit to my account

please correct me if I’m wrong on the process for existing be customer

This should help you load any amount with your neo card. I loaded 100 (plus 13 tax).

No no no... Lol 👍  I know how to get the card. But to use it properly for an eligible payment towards my PM usage for the $100 cashback... that's what I want to make sure I do correctly.

Using the app, go to My Rewards area to receive instructions on how to get a Neo credit card. You should see Neo there.

Awesome! OK, so do you just login to your account, then go to change or add the NEO card as the payment card for the account. 

And then go to "Payments", then "Add Funds with Credit Card", and then type in manually $100, and complete payment process?

This offer is only available to exising Public Mobile customers.  You'll want to pay for your initital activation by using a different credit card. Then, after your Public Mobile account has been activated go into the My Rewards area to receive instructions on how to get a Neo credit card.

To get Public Mobile to charge your credit card, it needs to be first added to your Public Mobile account.  Doing this would replace the card already on your Public Mobile account.  After using your Neo credit card to pay Public Mobile, you can change the card saved in your Public Mobile account again.

Buy a $100 account credit. $75 will get used for that renewal, and the $25 will sit there as a credit until your next renewal.

Neo Financial does not offer a regular bank account debit card.  The Neo Money Account Card is prepaid a Mastercard.  It can only be used at places where Mastercard is accepted.

I discovered this as well! I've been a longtime PM and Neo customer and switched my bill over to my Neo CC to get cashback. Only got it once, and now I'll mathematically never get it again.
