The first one can't be edited. That is locked by PM. That's why I was creating a new one. It's mentioned many times on these forums. I'm starting to think this is all locked by PM.
Okay, so I sent them ANOTHER message using Simon. Hopefully it works now. It's now been a week since I first requested an email change. Let's hope this time I get told the truth. To be honest, not impressed in the least.
