Hey! I lost my phone on the weekend (already reported it as lost/stolen) but got a new one today. I've had the same number for years and would like to keep it, if at all possible. Is there any way I could get a new sim but keep my number? 
Tried to send text messages and make phone calls but my phone has no service. There's an X above the service bars as well. Any idea what's going on?
I went to change my plan, not realizing that the payment already came out of my account (I didn't get a text saying it was due in however many days). Is there a way that I can pay the difference in plans and have them switched? 
I usually go with the $45 plan but noticed the  $50 one so I tried to go with that one instead.. added $48 to my account and went ahead to change it... says that my balance is $5? ... so I'm assuming it automatically added the $45 plan.. is there any...
I added a new credit card to my account right before Auto Pay took effect but it obviously didn't renew in time. Now the $45 is on my account but whenever I go to reactivate the plan, it says I need to add funds. Any idea on how to fix it?
