did you get this resolved? If not try looking through your email for the service agreement it should have the data and the date activated:) if you search public mobile in your email search bar it should come up!
Check in your phone settings to see if phone number was changed on sim. IPHONE. Settings - cellular - sim - click on sim in question and check if phone number has updated.
If troubleshooting does not work , you may have to purchase new eSIM. In app (they will wave the $5 fee most of the time.) it may be an issue with the sim itself
