Please tell your legal team that PM just agreed in writing to refund my money in 3-5 business days for pre-paid services not provided. Looks like our legal teams are better than yours. Maybe read up on consumer protection law.

Provincial law trumps illegal practices, policies and contracts such as demanding payment for services not provided...so do credit card companies. Cheers just the same for the legal advice.

Thank you, ticket #6 in the past 24 hours is now filed.To be clear, the services I pre-paid for were not provided, so I am by law, due a refund.
