I am not sure what to do here. My daughters phone shows connected to data, but 100% does not transfer any data. She cannot connect to the internet at all. Her plan shows using no data as well. The phone is in great shape and works perfectly on Wi-Fi....
I could use some help with a number transfer that appears to be transferred but when anyone calls, it says the number is not in service. Outbound calls are fine. Anyone at PM able to assist?
I paid for an addon, the account history shows I paid for the addon yesteday, and the site shows that I have no add on. How do I get this fixed? I'm stuck and need that immediately.
I started with PM in part for the CanadaLine train coverage. Just as the promotions started to increase the number of areas with zero coverage started to appear and keep increasing.  Increase membership. Decrease coverage.  Why?
