how may i cancel  accounts i can no longer access by email or phone? 

i am at the page where one is to scan the QR code to download the public mobile ap onto the phone.. i get a "unavailable for your phone" error in the play store ap at this point.  this makes no sense as i installed another sim card from public mobile...

i put the second sim into the phone and it was not seen.. i went to the settings and looked thru sim options.. i am now puk locked and neither sims are visible on the phone. help

i signed up for a second phone sim on the same email account.  i did not know this was a no no.  mow i am stuck at the set up screen for the new sim card and can not access the account for the original sim card..  and am getting lots of grief for too...
