duel sim cards

i put the second sim into the phone and it was not seen.. i went to the settings and looked thru sim options.. i am now puk locked and neither sims are visible on the phone. help

look like you couple have locked your sim.  Ask PM to help for a sim PUK code to unlock

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)  Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

it is a phone3 issue.  in the sim settings, there is a "pin lock" setting  i looked in there and now my phone says it is PUK locked.. personal unlock code.. locked.   i thot the sim pin was what you used to open the phone.. so i put it in and it refused it and locked me out.. no service but emergency.  i reset to factory and trued to set up the phone again from scratch and am now locked out of it real good.

it could be a phone issue.  does the PM sim card work on another phone?

and what the PUK error?  could be about carrier lock and not sim card lock
