Hi there. I have $14 on a secondary phone that I no longer have a use for. Is there any way I can get that money back, or perhaps transfer it to my primary phone? I don't want it to simply expire. Thanks!
Hi. I referred a friend to Public and he successfully activated his SIM and is using standard calling just fine on his iPhone 6. For some reason though, he can't send/receive texts. Is there any particular way he can fix this?
@Luddite Hi, thank you for your help. My friend's text messages are working again. However, iMessages don't seem to work. Does he need to be logged into the phone with his Apple account to use it?
