Hello!  I switched to the $10, 30 day new plan today and now when I try to make a local call I'm told that I can't since I don't have a long distance add on.  I tried rebooting the phone which didn't work, turning it off & removing SIM then replacing...
Is it possible to pay online using a payment voucher?  The speaker on my phone is broken and I can't hear the prompts, i.e. 'press one for....' etc.  Thank you in advance!!   
