I have $29 per month plan, 20 gb. I am based in montreal. If I travel to Victoria BC and use my phone to call and receive call. Will I be charged roaming fee since I'm outside of my hometown montreal?

My phone bill is $35 Feb 2025. Within a week, I downgrade to cheaper plan $32. After a day I saw another lower plan so I switch to it $29. Basically I was triple charged 3 times for phone service. Plan change fee or penalty is acceptable. However wha...
