Hello Customer Service. I am not able to Transfer and haven't used my subscription. I am back with FIDO. Please make sure to cancel my subscription from Public mobile. I am not using Public Mobile.
Something went wrong during my transfer and I now have no service with my FIDO account or Public Mobile.   I can't receive my confirmation code via text.
