Hello Customer Service. I am not able to Transfer and haven't used my subscription. I am back with FIDO. Please make sure to cancel my subscription from Public mobile. I am not using Public Mobile.

To cancel your account you would have to sign into your account and disable autopay by sliding the Manage Subscription button to off. Or use the chatbot to submit a ticket and ask a customer service representative to do it for you
